Our Box Hill Childcare Centre Philosophy

Sweetland Road Early Learning Child Care Centre Box Hill provides a welcoming, responsive and safe environment. A place in which children and their families feel confident and relaxed and where parents are supported in their endeavours.

Our policy is one of non-discrimination. All children have access to our centre regardless of sex, religion, disability, medical conditions or socio-economic status. We will aim to meet the needs of the minority groups or individuals at all times.

For many children this will be their first time away from family and they need to feel secure in their new surroundings. It is important that staff and parents work together to ensure a happy and smooth transition.

Our staff are selected for their qualifications and expertise in the early childhood field. We pride ourselves on the quality of our care and the warm and secure learning environment we provide. We aim to provide a special and nurturing experience for you and your child throughout the year.

Our centres regard children of all races religions, cultures and children with special needs, with equality, respect and consideration. We believe that each child is special and precious and has the right to be happy and well cared for in the absence of their parents. We believe that each child should have the opportunity to develop a healthy and positive self-esteem. We believe in providing a balanced and relaxed learning environment where children can play at their own pace and level of development.

Sweetland Road Early Learning Child Care Centre Box Hill is a family oriented childcare centre, which provides quality child care whilst continuing your child’s education in a safe and caring environment. At Sweetland Road we are aware of, and adapt to, the ever changing needs of our community.

Sweetland Road Early Learning Centre Box Hill offer quality childcare in Box Hill catering for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Our Box Hill childcare centre manager Claire encourages a day care environment that makes the children feel safe whilst enjoying the freedom to express themselves as individuals. Our Childcare Centre provides nutritional meals, nappies and provide a strong foundation for early education.
